IRS Releases Unlawful Levy of Attorney Trust Account

I wrote several weeks ago about a client of mine that was facing an IRS levy of an attorney's client trust account.  Well, the IRS released the levy, and the appeals order was so good, my client has authorized me to share it with you.  Certain identifiers have been redacted, to protect the innocent:
